ERIC RAY

Professional Summary

As a graduate of Jesse H. Jones High School within the Houston Independent School District, Coach Eric Ray hails from Houston, Texas.

He obtained a bachelor’s degree in 1996 from Northwestern Oklahoma State University, followed by a master’s degree in counseling from Prairie View A&M Family.

Tazamisia Ray and I are happily married with three children, Nicolaus Ray, Deyjah Ray, and Erica Ray.

Coach Eric has taught at the Holland Middle School in HISD for 23 years and is currently teaching health and physical education.

He serves as the Head Football Coach, Head Basketball Coach, and Athletic Director at the school.

In addition to playing basketball, Coach Ray enjoys watching a variety of sports.
