Professional Summary
“In just a few years, I have developed a formula that works. It is an honor for me to see young athletes grow, improve, and improve their basketball IQ as well as their life skills.”
Experience and Accomplishments
Marvin Norman first love is Basketball. He takes pride in teaching the fundamentals to aspiring players of all ages. He has been developing, directing, and teaching Power Basketball programs in the Houston area for more than six years to youth girls. During his tenure as a coach of Power Basketball his focus has been on teaching ball handling, skills, strength, conditioning, shooting form, offensive and defensive positioning, IQ and extreme training! Coach Norman is not here to waste the young athlete’s time.
Coach Norman is a mentor during training and his main goal is to teach discipline and endurance. Parents have given him high praise for his passion for the game and attention to detail. When asked why Coach Norman started Power Basketball he said, “I got tired of spending money on little to no training for his own athlete.” He went from trainer to trainer and was not satisfied with the results.
He was looking for fast-paced warp speed training and fast results. I started a team with athletes from 2nd to 10th grade. Parents are pleased with my training and pricing.
